The Learning and Development Consultant is responsible for:

Sourcing, testing and interpreting information to ensure an in-depth understanding of training requirements and gaps in existing training material

Storyboarding and developing detailed training material

Depicting content in a suitable manner for self-learning purposes

Developing suitable assessments to assess appropriate knowledge and skills retention

Conducting train the trainer programmes for internal L&D and system support teams

Facilitating training programmes

Education and Experience:

Diploma or degree which includes organisational transformation and change management experience

Min. 5 years’ experience with large scale learning and development and/or change initiatives

Project management experience

Proven learning and development and/or change management delivery and measurement of success

Experience in training and facilitating workshops

Experience and knowledge of learning and development and/or change management principles and methodologies
