The Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for:

Implementing organisational development and change management plans

Providing organisational development and change management guidance and support

Managing the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, training and organisational development

Driving the awareness, acceptance and adoption of change

Measuring the effectiveness of change management

Education and Experience:

Diploma or degree which includes organisational transformation and change management

Min. 5 years' experience with organisational development methodologies, tools, techniques and metrics in large scale change initiatives

Project management experience

Proven organisational development and/or change management delivery and measurement of success

Experience in training and facilitating workshops

Experience and knowledge of organisational development and/or change management principles and methodologies
