The Change Management Consultant is responsible for:

Implementing change management plans

Providing change management guidance and support

Managing the people side of change

Driving the awareness, acceptance and adoption of change

Measuring the effectiveness of change management

Education and Experience:

Diploma or degree which includes organisational transformation and change management

A background in Financial Services

Min. 5 years' experience with large scale change initiatives

Project management experience

Proven change management delivery and measurement of success

Experience in training and facilitating workshops

Instructional design in multiple formats (e.g. HTML)

Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
